I feel a little &#8220;half-arsed&#8221; So I have learned to embrace that feeling wholeheartedly.<br \/>\nThis is a suggested half-arsed practice.<br \/>\nWhen the pressure (whether internal or external) is removed, it is replaced with a new learning experience occurs.<br \/>\nA sensation of acceptance happens when we listen deeply to our body&#8217;s requirements and respond accordingly.<br \/>\nEnjoy letting go of your intention and feel where you are instead.<br \/>\nRemember, this is an ease-full practice for me so, be patient, kind and peaceful.<\/p>\n<p>Love and light,<br \/>\nLucy<\/p>\n<p>p.s.
